XDeep EX1 Jet-Type Fins are a redesign of the classic Jet Fin, giving improvements in both shape and materials - taking an iconic fin design into the future.

EX1 Fins are shorter and slightly wider (24.5cm) than most rubber jet fins, designed for precise position control, maneuverability and power transmission through the full length of the blade. This is ideal for wreck and cave divers, photographers and all tec divers where both power and precision are important. Vents between the foot pocket and the blade reduce effort on the downwards stroke and improve efficiency, reducing effort and fatigue.

The EX1 fins are made from a modern techno-polymer chosen for superior performance compared to traditional rubber. The compound is also less succeptible to changes in stiffness and performance in warm versus cold water. The fins also feature the convenience of steel spring straps. This is a high quality product, made to last for years.

Hard compound are for divers with stronger legs that was precision and power.

Medium compound versions of these fins provide similar precision and control but are more suited to moderate leg strength.

Soft compound fins are more suited to divers using a flutter kick but wanting more precise control than typical recreational fins. These are available by special order only, please contact us for details.

Selecting your fin size. The size of fin that you need will depend on the size of the dive boots or dry suit boots that you're wearing, including sole thickness. The following table lists the internal width and height of the fin pocket across the ball of the foot and the opening. Being rubber, the foot pocket will shape around your boot, so these measurements are approximate figures only. The critical measurement is the Width (at ball) - measure the maximum width of your dive boot sole and select the fin size with the same or larger Width (at ball) in the table, then check that the other dimensions are 'about right'.

Perth Scuba will ship the next business day to anywhere in Australia. Where a product is not in stock, the purchaser will be notified on the next business day of an approximate delivery date.

Generally orders will be sent by Australia Post or Couriers Please and it is recommended that you purchase additional insurance for your items as once they are dispatched they can be tracked to your doorstep.

Perth Scuba shipping is subject our carriers shipping conditions. If you prefer to use an alternate shipping company – please notify us at the time of placing your order (select in-store pick-up).

Australia Post – standard 3-10 days within Australia

Australia Express Post – A tracking number will be provided on dispatch by email. Guaranteed next day delivery after dispatch only within the Express Post network. For example Perth metro area = next business day delivery, other metro area = 2 – 3 business days, outside metro area 2 – 5 business days

DHL Express – A tracking number will be provided on dispatch

In-Store Pick-up – Select this option to pay in full online and then collect from our store located at Unit 4/180 Bannister Road, Canning Vale WA 6155. We’re open 7 days a week from 9:00am – 5:00pm except Public Holidays. Perth Scuba will advise by email when your order is ready for collection

Perth Scuba accepts no liability for consequential loss or damage where postage selected by the customer does not include insurance or tracking.

Order Acceptance / Confirmation

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Perth Scuba’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Perth Scuba reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Perth Scuba cancels an order after you have already been billed, Perth Scuba will refund the billed amount.

Returns Policy

Refund Policy (General)

Perth Scuba will not issue a refund if you simply change your mind about something you bought, we will however, offer you a store credit to the value of the purchase price. The item must be returned in an as new sale-able condition along with the original purchase receipt.
Refunds will be offered in instances where it is agreed that a new item is faulty and cannot be repaired and at the discretion of Perth Scuba management. Every effort will be made to ensure any merchandise required to be returned to a manufacturer as fast as possible, so it can be returned to the original purchaser in the shortest possible time-frame.

Returns (online purchases)

It is your responsibility to notify Perth Scuba as soon as possible if the item purchased is not suitable or if it has been damaged in transit.
Perth Scuba will take all possible care in packing to ensure minimal movement within the package during shipping.
Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the items in an as new saleable condition. Returns are to be sent at the cost of the returning party unless agreed by Perth Scuba prior to return item being sent. Perth Scuba reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded for damaged packaging where it left the store in new condition.
