Our new Position Advisory feature is perfect for divers or other marine enthusiasts. You can now send your position to boats in the area without triggering emergency status. This is a great option for communication on the water.
Accurate Positioning: Accuracy greater than 1.5 metres. Range for someone in the water to a skiff is demonstrated to be 5-6 miles. The higher you hold your LifeLine, the better the range. Demonstrated maximum range to an elevated antenna is 54 km.
No MMSI and Registration: No special or dedicated base units required. No registration, subscriptions or service fees required.
