REMOTE DIVER MONITORING

Surface crew can monitor divers equipped with compatible dive computers paired with Descent T2 transceivers to keep track of the diver’s tank pressure, depth, distance and direction for up to eight divers on the Subwave sonar network. Automatic alerts can let topside crew know if there’s an issue with tanks or depth ranges below2

TWO-WAY MESSAGING

Via the Garmin Dive app, preset messages can be sent and received by topside crew connected to divers
wearing Descent T2 transceivers paired to compatible dive computers below, alerting divers if there’s a
situation, they need to know about1. In addition, the Descent S1 buoy extends the range of diver-to-diver
messaging while in the water1.

DIVER LOCATION TRACKING

Viewers at the surface can track the approximate range to each diver in the SubWave sonar network, up to
100 meters away from the Descent S1 buoy2

FIND MY BUOY

Divers on the network can see their distance and direction back to the Descent S1 buoy, giving them clear return-to- base reference and increased situational awareness while diving2.

POST-DIVE REVIEW

After surfacing, networked divers can sync and review their underwater heatmaps on the Garmin Dive smartphone app to see approximately where they were exploring.

DIVER MESSANGING:
Use the dive app’s messaging view page and paired Descent S1 diver communication buoy to send and receive preset messages via compatible dive computers on the networked divers’ wrists paired to Descent T2 transceivers. You can direct a message to a specific diver or send a group message to all of them1

SEE CRITICAL INFORMATION:
When using the SubWave sonar network with the Descent S1 diver communication buoy and compatible dive computer paired with a Descent T2 transceiver, the Garmin Dive app lets topside crew view real-time information (tank pressures, current depth, battery status, last message sent and more) for each diver
detected by the buoy1

RADAR VIEW:
Use the app’s radar view tracking feature with a Descent S1 diver communication buoy and compatible dive computer to see relative locations for up to eight divers equipped with the Descent T2 transceiver. All positions are updated in real time. And diver icons on the display may be overlaid with name,
depth, pressure or other relevant data1

Perth Scuba will ship the next business day to anywhere in Australia. Where a product is not in stock, the purchaser will be notified on the next business day of an approximate delivery date.

Generally orders will be sent by Australia Post or Couriers Please and it is recommended that you purchase additional insurance for your items as once they are dispatched they can be tracked to your doorstep.

Perth Scuba shipping is subject our carriers shipping conditions. If you prefer to use an alternate shipping company – please notify us at the time of placing your order (select in-store pick-up).

Australia Post – standard 3-10 days within Australia

Australia Express Post – A tracking number will be provided on dispatch by email. Guaranteed next day delivery after dispatch only within the Express Post network. For example Perth metro area = next business day delivery, other metro area = 2 – 3 business days, outside metro area 2 – 5 business days

DHL Express – A tracking number will be provided on dispatch

In-Store Pick-up – Select this option to pay in full online and then collect from our store located at Unit 4/180 Bannister Road, Canning Vale WA 6155. We’re open 7 days a week from 9:00am – 5:00pm except Public Holidays. Perth Scuba will advise by email when your order is ready for collection

Perth Scuba accepts no liability for consequential loss or damage where postage selected by the customer does not include insurance or tracking.

Order Acceptance / Confirmation

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Perth Scuba’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Perth Scuba reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Perth Scuba cancels an order after you have already been billed, Perth Scuba will refund the billed amount.

Returns Policy

Refund Policy (General)

Perth Scuba will not issue a refund if you simply change your mind about something you bought, we will however, offer you a store credit to the value of the purchase price. The item must be returned in an as new sale-able condition along with the original purchase receipt.
Refunds will be offered in instances where it is agreed that a new item is faulty and cannot be repaired and at the discretion of Perth Scuba management. Every effort will be made to ensure any merchandise required to be returned to a manufacturer as fast as possible, so it can be returned to the original purchaser in the shortest possible time-frame.

Returns (online purchases)

It is your responsibility to notify Perth Scuba as soon as possible if the item purchased is not suitable or if it has been damaged in transit.
Perth Scuba will take all possible care in packing to ensure minimal movement within the package during shipping.
Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the items in an as new saleable condition. Returns are to be sent at the cost of the returning party unless agreed by Perth Scuba prior to return item being sent. Perth Scuba reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded for damaged packaging where it left the store in new condition.
