Eighteen enthusiastic Manta Club members enjoyed fantastic conditions at Kwinana Grain Terminal, with calm seas, excellent visibility and encounters with octopus, cuttlefish, seahorses, nudibranchs and even the distant calls of dolphins. Day three in Truk Lagoon delivered picture-perfect conditions as we explored two remarkable WWII shipwrecks. From towering anti-aircraft shells and aircraft parts aboard the Momokawa Maru to the ammunition crates, sake bottles and medicine bottles hidden within the Sankisan Maru, every dive uncovered another fascinating chapter of history. As the dives became more memorable, so too did the friendships forming among the Perth Scuba group.
What started as a gloomy, rain-soaked morning turned into an outstanding club dive at the Rockingham Wreck Trail. Ten divers braved the winter weather and were rewarded with calm seas, exceptional visibility, and an unforgettable encounter with a large boarfish.

Fourteen divers joined Perth Scuba's weekly Manta Club dive at Woodman Point on Sunday 21 June and were rewarded with fantastic 15-metre visibility and an abundance of marine life. Despite the winter chill, sightings of seahorses, cuttlefish, boxfish, nudibranchs and more made for another memorable morning underwater.
