Woodman Point Manta Club Dive

Despite the reports of stormy weather, Manta Club members turned up at the shop bright and early. After a chat around the BBQ and tank fills, we made our way to Woodman Point for our Sunday club dive. Fears were unfounded as the water was glassy, excellent visibility and not a hint of the ENE wind was blowing. New divers and not so new buddied up, chatting away as they kitted up. Despite two other groups being there, divers reported a wonderful dive with lots to see. 4 lionfish, fingered dragonets, seahorses, cuttlefish, and a host of other critters. The water is warming up post winter with 18° reported on dive computers. As we look forward to the coming summer months, come and join us on one of our Wednesday night or Sunday morning dives. You never know what you’ll see in Perth waters!
