This amazing team was made up of three good friends, one international Master’s degree student, one computer engineer, and one determined diver returning to complete her Open Water dives 3 and 4 — all led by Perth Scuba Instructor Freddy.
In a complete turn around form last week, our 7 lucky divers were met with excellent conditions down at Robb’s Jetty this Wednesday night. Dead flat water, no wind and 10m+ vis, couldn’t ask for any better.
It’s been an amazing week onboard the Mv Blue sailing and diving in the Red Sea out of Marsa Alam.
First couple of days were spent at the Brothers Reef, followed by Dadeleus Reef and Elphinstone.
Dives were in 30 degree very salty water with current in places but largely cool, calm dives.
The group (well most) managed to see, hammerhead Sharks, a Manta Ray, oceanic white tip Shark, Barracuda, Tuna and heaps more.
Conditions were a little windy on most days however the crew managed to keep us all safe, well fed, and very informed on the sites.
We begin our journey home tomorrow with some of us going onto different destinations and adventures.
