A midweek gamble paid off with glassy conditions and a stunning sunset at Port Beach, where 17 divers— including new Manta Club members—enjoyed an action-packed night dive. From dragons and rays to octopus and Port Jackson sharks, the site delivered unforgettable marine encounters before wrapping up with hot drinks, bikkies, and plenty of dive stories.
Flat seas and incredible marine life made for a perfect Manta Club night dive at Robb’s Jetty, with divers spotting rays, cephalopods and colourful invertebrates in the torchlight.
Twenty-six enthusiastic Perth Scuba Manta Club divers set out for a Sunday morning dive that took an unexpected turn when Ammo Jetty was closed. A quick change of plans led the group to Jervoise Bay dog beach, where an underrated dive site delivered amazing marine life including seahorses, dragonets, octopus and stingarees.
Divers from the Perth Scuba Manta Club gathered for a calm and enjoyable night dive at Palm Beach Jetty. With excellent conditions and plenty of marine life spotted under torchlight, it was a great evening exploring one of Perth’s favourite night dive sites.
Divers enjoyed a spectacular night dive at the Omeo Wreck, spotting octopus, squid, cuttlefish and rays while exploring artificial reefs and bioluminescent coral.
